Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle images, prompts, account information, and results when you use our AI image generation and upscaling service.

We wrote this in plain language so you can understand what happens to your data.

1. What This Service Does

This Service can create an image from a text prompt. It can also use an optional reference image or upscale an image you upload.

To create your result, we send your prompt, any image you provide, and related request information to this AI service:

• xAI

xAI processes your request so the Service can return the finished image.

If you choose Enhance Prompt, we send your text prompt to OpenRouter. OpenRouter routes it to a provider serving DeepSeek V4 Flash and returns the improved prompt. We do not send an image with a prompt enhancement request.

2. What We Collect

We may collect:

• Images you upload
• Prompts or settings you submit
• Images generated or upscaled by AI
• Account information, such as your email address
• Payment and billing information, if paid features are used
• Basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, error logs, and usage logs
• Information needed to prevent abuse, fraud, spam, or illegal use

3. What Happens When You Generate or Upscale an Image

For generation, we send your prompt and any optional reference image to xAI. For upscaling, we send your uploaded image and the request instructions to xAI.

This means your prompt, any image you provide, and the finished result may be processed by xAI.

4. AI Provider Privacy Handling

xAI may process your uploaded image, prompt, request data, and generated result when the selected model is provided by xAI.

xAI offers Zero Data Retention for some enterprise/API use cases. If Zero Data Retention is enabled for the request, xAI says request and response data are processed in real time and not stored after the response is delivered.

If Zero Data Retention is not enabled, xAI's terms allow xAI to create and use data that does not identify you, or data combined from many requests, for lawful business purposes. This can include maintaining services, improving services, research, benchmarking, and developing features or products.

Prompt enhancement requests use OpenRouter's Zero Data Retention routing. This limits each request to a provider endpoint that does not retain prompts. OpenRouter and the selected model provider still process the prompt in real time to return the improved version.

We do not control the internal systems of xAI, OpenRouter, or its model providers. Their current terms and privacy policies apply to their handling of data.

5. Gallery Saving Is Optional

Before you generate or upscale an image, you can choose whether to save the finished result to your account gallery.

If you select the storage checkbox, the finished image is saved to your account gallery.

If you do not select the storage checkbox, we do not save the finished image to your account gallery.

6. If You Save an Image to Your Gallery

If you choose to save an image to your gallery:

• The finished image is linked to your account
• The image is encrypted before it is written to private storage outside the public website
• The database keeps the account owner, file location, size, and the encryption values needed to open the file
• You can access it later from your account gallery
• We keep it until you delete it, your account is deleted, it is removed after a storage plan grace period, or we must remove it for legal, security, abuse, or service reasons

Encryption helps protect stored images, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. If You Do Not Save an Image to Your Gallery

If you do not choose to save the generated image:

• The output is shown in your browser
• The output is kept locally in your browser only for the current page session
• The output is cleared when you reload the page or leave the page
• The output is not intentionally saved to your account gallery by us

This does not change the fact that xAI may temporarily process the image to complete the request.

8. Uploaded Images

Uploaded images are used as references for generation or as the source for upscaling.

We do not use uploaded images to train our own AI models.

We do not sell uploaded images.

We do not intentionally share uploaded images except as needed to:

• Generate the upscaled result
• Run the Service
• Store saved gallery images you choose to save
• Provide customer support
• Detect abuse or security problems
• Comply with law
• Work with vendors who help operate the Service

9. Generated Images

Generated images are treated based on your choice.

If you save the image to your gallery, we store it in your account.

If you do not save the image to your gallery, we do not intentionally store it in your account, and it is only kept locally in your browser during the current page session.

You are responsible for how you download, post, sell, share, or otherwise use generated images.

10. Account Data

If you create an account, we may store information needed to run your account, such as:

• Email address
• Login information
• Account settings
• Saved gallery items
• Billing status
• Usage history
• Support messages

We use this information to operate the Service, secure accounts, provide support, process payments, and enforce our rules.

11. Payment Data

If payments are accepted, payment details may be processed by an outside payment processor.

We do not need to store your full card number on our own systems.

The payment processor's privacy policy applies to how they handle payment information.

12. Logs and Security Data

We may keep technical logs to operate and secure the Service.

Logs may include:

• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Request timestamps
• Error messages
• Model used
• Approximate usage amounts
• Abuse prevention signals

We use logs to fix problems, prevent abuse, detect fraud, secure the Service, and understand basic system performance.

13. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your uploaded images.
• We do not use your uploaded images to train our own AI models.
• We do not save generated images to your account gallery unless you choose to save them.
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.
• We do not knowingly allow users to upload illegal content or content they do not have the right to use.

14. When We May Share Information

We may share information with:

• xAI
• OpenRouter and its model providers when you choose prompt enhancement
• Hosting providers
• Database providers
• Payment processors
• Security and abuse prevention providers
• Customer support tools
• Legal or government authorities when required by law

We only share information as needed to operate, secure, improve, bill for, or legally protect the Service.

15. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the images you upload and the outputs you create.

Do not upload images unless:

• You own them, or
• You have permission to use them, and
• You have consent from people shown in them when consent is legally required

Do not upload private, sensitive, confidential, illegal, or harmful images unless you understand and accept the risks of processing them through outside AI systems.

16. Deleting Saved Images

If you saved an image to your gallery, you may delete it from your account.

When you delete a saved image, we will remove it from active gallery storage.

Some copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security systems until they expire under our normal retention process.

17. Data Retention

We keep different types of data for different lengths of time.

Saved gallery images are kept until you delete them, your account is deleted, they are removed after a storage plan grace period, or removal is required for legal, safety, abuse, or service reasons.

Temporary browser outputs are not intentionally saved to your account. They are cleared when the page reloads or you leave the page.

Technical logs may be kept as needed for security, debugging, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, and service operation.

Outside providers, including xAI, may have their own retention rules.

18. Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect account data and saved gallery images.

Saved gallery images are encrypted before they are written to private storage outside the public website.

However, no website, database, AI provider, or internet transmission is perfectly secure. You should not upload images that you cannot risk being processed by outside systems.

19. Children

This Service is not for children.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Do not upload images of minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe context. We may report illegal content to the proper authorities.

20. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Service, providers, storage methods, or legal duties change.

If we make important changes, we may notify users through the Service, by email, or by posting the updated policy.

Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
